What the heck is a "Syllabus" (plural syllabi)?

It can best be defined as an educational outline that describes student requirements, grading criteria, course content, examination expectations, grading policies, and other relevant information.

In the case of StageRight Exams(TM), the Pop Music Syllabus lists the entire selection of songs for each section of each grade of study, and gives information on locating each song. Technical Test Guidelines are also outlined in the syllabus.
